What is the Funk It Up Interiors Luxe Any Space DIY Design Package?
Our "Office de Alexis" design package will provide you with the same detail as our Luxe Full Service Any Space Design Package. You will receive a full design, floor plan, any drawings and product lists. You will also have access to our online design studio complete with a mood board and product list to help you keep things in order. The only difference is that you will be executing all of the purchasing of furniture, accessories and home-improvement items on your own. You will also be in charge of the design schedule, project management, and styling on your own.
The Funk It Up Interiors "Office de Alexis" Design package combines luxury interior design and DIY so that you can be proud of doing it yourself! (and save a little money too!)

Funk It Up Interiors follows a carefully curated 3 phase process to ensure our client's projects finish beautifully, on-time and on-budget. Here's how we work and part of this plan you will be implementing on your own! Let the DIY begin!!!
*DESIGN PLAN AND PROJECT INITIATION PHASE
-Detailed Design package meeting/ we will do this over the phone
-Detailed measurements of the space/I will need you to send me measurements of the space including the furniture
-"Trade Day" if needed
-Detailed floor plan
-Floor plan revision if needed
-Personalized color story with swatches
-Complete lighting plan
-Concept accessory plan
-Design Plan specifications
-Furniture sourcing plan with trusted vendors
-Presentation of furniture and product estimates for budgeting/we will do this via facetime
-Local resource list
-Design Plan presentation with Kim Johnson
-DIY Design Box ((all items mentioned above as well as swatches and pictures)
PROCUREMENT AND CONSTRUCTION PHASE
-YOU will Procure all furnishings and products
-YOU will create a detailed installation schedule
-YOU will oversee the renovation and construction
-YOU will be in charge of logistics and tracking
-YOU will problem solve
-YOU will create your own Styling Plan
DESIGN COMPLETION PHASE
-YOU will oversee the final planning.
-YOU will be doing the Project trouble-shooting.
